Key Responsibilities:Drive design, standardization and implementation of the C&B policies

and procedures globally. The incumbent will lead this role for our multiple business entities spread across geographies.Ensure competitive and market-aligned pay structures including variable pay and other incentive plans.Work with consultants on

benchmarking, market intelligence, research & inputs

for strategy development and timely rolloutCustomization of pay practices within the framework for various business units – work closely with leaders to engage in the vision and outcomes for businessScenario-building and budgeting on salary increments in line with internal budget & market benchmarks. Ensure its application & administer implementationPropose and execute changes in benefit plans like leave, allowances, pension, insurance and other non-monetary benefits.Manage C&B related activities for new entity set up / rebadging/ M&ACoordinating with internal & external stakeholders: Partner with finance/tax, legal and local HR payroll teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll, and compensation & benefits programs.Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR programs and initiatives.Responsible for overview of HR policies and handbooks: oversee management and communication of pay practices.Lead a team of managers and ICs and enable their knowledge on C&B and nurture their growth within the company

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned and highly qualified person with extensive experience in managing C&B Function for a global organization. The individual will need to have strong experience in core C&B and hands-on expertise. Working in a consulting firm/ top tier IT firm as a C&B leader will be an advantage. Working experience of multi-country setup is needed.

S/he should have a strong executive presence, relationship building skills and an ability to make an impact with internal / external stakeholders.
