We are looking for a young, motivated, and creative Video Editor who loves chess and digital media. This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career who wants to grow with us. You'll be working directly with Chess Grandmaster Swapnil and our team to create content that reaches thousands of chess fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit long-form talking head YouTube videos and short-form reels.
  • Create original content using trending chess clips from online sources.
  • Edit videos of tournaments, coaching camps, and chess functions (approx. twice a month).
  • Repurpose content into engaging formats suitable for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas and storytelling into the edits.

Growth Pathway
Year 1: Build your skills in editing chess content across formats (YouTube, Reels, Shorts, documentaries).

Year 2: Take on advanced projects such as documentary-style storytelling, motion graphics, and creative campaigns.

Future Opportunity: As our academy scales, you will have the chance to lead a team of video editors, guiding workflows and shaping the creative direction of our media output.

Compensation Growth: Salary and responsibilities will increase as you grow with us.

What We Offer
