We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Gurgaon. The Specialist will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity and analytical skills in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms.

- Create engaging content tailored to target audiences, including posts, graphics, and videos.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.

- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.

- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

- Expertise in major social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software.

- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.

- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
