Weare looking for a strategic and resultsoriented Senior AccountsManager (Financial Controller) to join our leadership team in Goa.Youll be the architect of our financial health ensuring accuratereporting driving growth through insightful projections andoverseeing all aspects of financialcontrol.

  • Ifyou have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or you re aqualified Chartered Accountant (CA) orhold equivalent experience of 35 years in a similar role and anoverall experience of 57 years in accountsmanagement.

  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye fordetail.

  • Experiencein managing all aspects of the financial accountingcycle (Accounts Payable AccountsReceivable Cash Flow Management Fixed Asset Management GeneralLedger Maintenance payrolletc.).

  • Proficiencyin financial modeling forecasting andbudgeting.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctionalteams.

KeyResponsibilities:


  • Ownthe Companys Financial Health: Oversee allfinancial reporting processes ensuring accuracy timelinesscompliance and riskmitigation.

  • DriveGrowth Through Revenue Projections:Identify key sales categories and develop insightful revenueprojections for different timeframes (yearquarter).

  • Forecastfor Success: Prepare comprehensivefinancial statements forecasts and budgets to inform strategicdecisionmaking.

  • FinancialEfficiency Champion: Implement andmaintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets andoptimize financialperformance.

  • OverseeingPartnerships (good to have): Leverage yourexperience to develop strategic partnerships with insurance vendorsand banks to offer financing solutions to ourcustomers.

  • OverseeingProcurement (good to have): Oversee theprocurement process to ensure costeffectiveness and optimizesupplierrelationships.
