Location: Remote, 100% flexibility

Employment Type: Full-Time

Possibility to work a Permanent Night shift, 7pm to 4am (Monday to Friday)

We offer a salary up to $25,000 max (dependent on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals across various roles in the US market.

The role demands a deep understanding of technical roles, ability to build strong candidate pipelines, and familiarity with the US hiring process, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US.
  • Utilizing job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), databases, social media, and networking to find suitable candidates.
  • Understanding job requirements and technical skills related to various roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
  • Conducting initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, availability, and work authorization.
  • Negotiating salary rates and closing candidates on the position.
  • Working closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job information.
  • Staying up to date with current hiring trends and market demands.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (can vary depending on level).
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Familiarity with different work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work US time zones (EST/CST/PST – specify if necessary).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) is a plus.
