Role Description Plans, conducts, and coordinates advanced software development activities with ownership of key modules and services. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs scalable applications using React + TypeScript and .NET 8 (C#) within a microservices architecture deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Leads development of APIs secured through Azure API Management (APIM) and integrates event-driven services using Azure Service Bus and Event Hubs. Applies industry standards, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and object-oriented design (OOD) throughout the software development life cycle. Develops solutions leveraging Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/FedRAMP controls. Mentors other engineers, enforces coding standards, corrects program errors, prepares technical documentation, and provides operating instructions. Ensures software standards, security, and performance benchmarks are consistently achieved Responsibilities ·        Architect, design, and implement end-to-end features using React + TypeScript (frontend) and .NET 8 (C#) (backend) ·        Build microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and APIs via Azure API Management (APIM) ·        Design solutions using Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage ·        Apply service-oriented architecture (SOA) and object-oriented design (OOD/OOP) best practices ·        Implement automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables ·        Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning across multiple product lines ·        Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards ·        Ensure solutions are compliant with HIPAA/FedRAMP and follow DevSecOps practices ·        Provide superior customer service when working with internal stakeholders and clients ·        Lead development activities with minimal supervision and balance multiple priorities Qualifications ·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education ·        5–10 years professional full-stack experience ·        Expert in C#, .NET Core 8, React + TypeScript ·        Strong knowledge of SOA and object-oriented design/development ·        Proven experience with automated unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, etc.) ·        Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban); knowledge of CMMI a plus ·        Excellent written/verbal communication and strong customer-facing skills ·        Ability to switch priorities quickly without affecting quality/performance ·        Demonstrated leadership in cross-team projects and product-line initiatives
