Role and Responsibilities :

NetSuite Customization : Lead the delivery of NetSuite customization projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.

Team Management : Manage a team of NetSuite consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Client Management : Manage client relationships, from pre-sales to post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements Gathering : Identify, evaluate, and understand client requirements to effectively set up, configure, and customize NetSuite.

Gap Analysis : Conduct gap analyses between client's As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying areas for improvement and customization.

Documentation : Create functional and user documentation to guide clients and end-users in using NetSuite.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex system and user issues, coordinating with technical teams and vendors as needed.

Administrative Tasks : Perform administrative tasks within NetSuite, such as managing roles, permissions, and other system settings.

Customer Support : Provide professional, courteous, and timely support to end-users, ensuring their satisfaction.

Client Solutions : Assess client needs, develop innovative solutions, and implement them to meet client expectations.

Time Management : Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage a full client portfolio.

Client Interaction : Interact daily with clients, deliver NetSuite solutions, and maintain close communication with project managers and team members.

Workshops and Training : Facilitate customer workshops, drive agendas, secure support, and implement NetSuite.

Technical Guidance : Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users.

NetSuite Development : Create forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts, and workflows to meet business needs.

Integrations : Integrate NetSuite with external applications as required.

Required Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in NetSuite consulting.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite's core functionality and customization capabilities.

- Experience in leading and managing NetSuite projects.

- Ability to gather and analyze client requirements effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications :

- Certifications in NetSuite (e.g, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics Consultant).

- Experience with specific NetSuite modules (e.g, ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, SuiteScript).

- Experience with integration platforms (e.g, Celigo)
