As Vobble now expands into the U.S., we're reimagining how kids engage with audio storytelling and voice-led play.

Role Description:

We're looking for a full-time Scriptwriting Intern who can conceptualise and write imaginative audio stories for children and co-ordinate with voice-over artists. This is a paid internship opportunity with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Write  engaging and imaginative audio stories for children (with a focus on dialogue, soundscapes, and immersive listening)
  • Assist with sourcing and coordinating with voice-over artists for story recordings
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas for audio-first content
  • Research and analyze market trends in children’s audio storytelling to stay current with industry developments
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all content is consistent with brand standards and optimized for an audio format

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on  children’s content and audio-first narratives
  • Familiarity with current trends and techniques in children’s storytelling and audio entertainment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with creative, production, and post-production members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , passion to be in the children’s media space, and a desire to learn and grow as a writer
