Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Territory Sales Manager based in the Central India area who will focus on selling scientific and analytical instrumentation. This position will focus on selling Micromeritics’ entire product portfolio. The position is primarily responsible for:

The direct sale of all company products within the assigned territory.Developing and maintaining relationships with key and major accounts of the organization for the sales of product and services.Together with our Scientific Applications Team, learning our products and provide technical solutions to our customer’s analytical testing problems.Create a strategy to grow the assigned territory.Frequent overnight travel is common in this position.

Education and ExperienceThe successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and must be capable of communicating equally well with technicians to PhD-level scientists.Individuals who possess the ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction do well in our business.Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully selling scientific equipment or services.The preferred candidate will possess a B.S. degree in chemistry, engineering, physics or similar field.Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with differing priorities.Experience using Salesforce.com
