Must Haves:Experience with working at fast growing, global SaaS product companies with annual revenue >$1BBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field7+ years' work experience in the industry as a developer5+ years' experience in Salesforce Platform development (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and 2Salesforce Certified Sales and Service Cloud ConsultantExpertise in designing, coding and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components etc. Visualforce components, SOQL and SOSL languagesStrong functional knowledge of Customer Support and Quote-to-CashExperience with user management, Roles/Profiles, Permission sets, Custom objects, Page layouts, Custom fields, Validations, Managed PackagesExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodology

Role & Responsibilities:As the Salesforce developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into productionDesign and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative or programmatic toolsDeep understanding of Sales concepts such as use of Campaigns, Lead conversion, Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact managementProven ability to design and deliver Customer Support solutions using Service Cloud best practices for case management automation, console components, milestones, and knowledgeDocument as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholdersOptimize existing codebase and system architecture with a focus on scalability, increased efficiency and automation which entails reconfiguration and re-architecting current solutionMeet with internal business stakeholders to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deploymentAssist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades, patches, and new releasesAssist in ensuring that processes and operations comply with corporate policy, IT policy and SOX General Computer Controls
