A bootstrap company already having offices in 3 countries, tradologie.com is Currently expanding its workforce aggressively and is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals having ambitions to grow with the organization which is aiming to setup international bases across EU and Africa in the upcoming financial year.

Role & responsibilities :

- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications

- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API

- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

- Handling multiple PHP projects.

- Handling a Team of 5-6 members

Preferred candidate profile :

- Previous working experience as a PHP / La-ravel developer for min 7 years and team handling experience for at least 3 years.

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field.

- PMP certification preferer.

- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and La ravel 5 PHP Framework.

- Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.

- Should have good working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Expertise in Website and Application Designing and Development Projects.

- Develop a detailed project plan, and monitor progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

- Accountable for project management processes including project scope definition, project scheduling, project planning, resource planning and allocation, stakeholder management, risk management, cost and budget management and quality assurance.
