Overview The role of anOracle PPM Implementation Consultant is crucial to our organizationas it involves working closely with clients to understand theirbusiness requirements and implement Oracle PPM solutions tooptimize project and portfolio management processes. The consultantplays a key role in driving successful project delivery andensuring client satisfaction.KeyResponsibilities
  • Collaborate withclients to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle PPMimplementation.
  • Design configure and customizeOracle PPM modules to align with clientneeds.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions todemonstrate Oracle PPM functionality and bestpractices.
  • Develop project plans and timelinesfor Oracle PPM implementation projects.
  • Provideguidance and support to project teams throughout the implementationlifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing and assist inresolving any issues or defects.
  • Assist in datamigration and integration activities with othersystems.
  • Document processes workflows andconfiguration settings for futurereference.
  • Support the development of customreports and dashboards to meet client reportingneeds.
  • Participate in ongoing support andmaintenance activities postimplementation.
  • Stayupdated with Oracle PPM updates new features and industry bestpractices.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of Oracle PPM implementationmethodologies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to resolve complex technical and businessissues.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelinesbudgets and quality standards.
  • Proactivelyidentify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to projectsuccess.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology Business Administration ora related field.
  • 3 years of handson experiencein Oracle PPM implementation andconfiguration.
  • Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL andOracle PPM data structures.
  • Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies and businessprocesses.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to interact with clients atall levels.
  • Proven track record of deliveringsuccessful Oracle PPM implementationprojects.
  • Ability to analyze complex problemsand propose effective solutions.
  • Experience indata migration integration and reporting within the Oracle PPMenvironment.
  • Certifications in Oracle PPM orrelated technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstratedability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize workloadeffectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness totravel to client sites as needed.
  • Ability towork independently as well as collaborate within a teamenvironment.
  • Understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Keenattention to detail and commitment to delivering highqualitysolutions.
