This role involves analyzing technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of POS/UPI acquiring infrastructure. The Technical Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes related to POS acquiring.

The Role and responsibilities of this position include:

- Conduct detailed analysis of technical requirements for POS/UPI acquiring systems, including hardware, software, and network components. Evaluate system specifications and compatibility with existing infrastructure.

- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate POS acquiring solutions into the existing ecosystem. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various systems and components.

- Configure POS terminals, gateways, and related equipment according to specifications. Coordinate deployment activities, including installation, testing, and validation of POS acquiring solutions.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for POS/UPI acquiring systems, including troubleshooting technical issues, performing upgrades, and applying patches. Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party service providers. Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to POS acquiring. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with payment transactions.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements in POS/UPI acquiring operations. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and support teams. Empower stakeholders with the necessary skills and expertise to effectively utilize POS/UPI acquiring systems.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- Proven experience in technical analysis, integration, and support of POS acquiring systems.

- Strong understanding of POS hardware, software, and payment processing protocols (e.g., EMV, PCI-DSS).

- Proficiency in network technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, and routing protocols.

- Experience with POS terminal configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
