The ideal candidate will be a dual-qualified professional (Law + Chartered Accountancy) with a proven track record in direct and indirect taxation, tax litigation, advisory, and transaction structuring .This is a leadership role within a top-tier law firm and will involve managing client relationships, driving strategic growth, leading complex tax mandates, and mentoring a team of high-performing professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and expand the tax practice in Delhi across both direct and indirect tax matters.- Advise multinational corporations, financial institutions, HNIs, and domestic conglomerates on complex tax structures, cross-border transactions, and regulatory implications.- Represent clients in litigation and appellate proceedings before tax tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.- Deliver expert opinions on corporate tax, international tax, GST,
