We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional knowledge, along with strong analytical and communication skills. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.

- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical and functional for ERP system customization and configuration.

Solution Design and Customization :

- Design and configure ERP system modules to align with client requirements.

- Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces to enhance system functionality.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configuration, and customizations.

Technical Implementation and Integration :

- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, including installation, setup, and data migration.

- Integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications, such as CRM, HRIS, and BI tools.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure system stability.

User Training and Support :

- Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on system functionality and best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and deployment.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and technologies.

- Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement to drive business value for clients.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant in ERP domain.

- Proven track record of successful maintenance or end to end implementation of a number of solutions for medium/ large customers, preferably across a number of business verticals (e.g. healthcare, finance, insurance etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP system modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

- Certification in relevant ERP technologies is a plus.
