is seeking a Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager will be responsible for developing program plans aligned with the organization's strategic direction and managing long-term goals. This role includes creating budgets, drafting operating plans, and preparing funding proposals to support ongoing program execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Organize programs and activities in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Develop new programs to support strategic objectives.
  • Define and manage long-term program goals.
  • Prepare budgets and operational plans for programs.
  • Design evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Draft and submit program funding proposals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team with varied responsibilities and skill sets.
  • Ensure achievement of goals related to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
  • Drive and manage changes and interventions to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maintain clear and transparent communication regarding program decisions and issues.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk analysis and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on program-related strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency with general computer tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / WE VALUE

  • Experience working in an Agile program execution environment.
  • Background in managing programs involving video cameras and video management systems (VMS).
  • Experience overseeing cloud-based solutions in the physical and logical security domain.
