The Functional Consultant will be responsible for offering functional guidance and expert advice to our banking clients on the configuration of TEMENOS products and customized developments. This role encompasses all stages of projects, from initiation through to post-live support.The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in

Treasury and Private Wealth Management

within the Temenos Suite of projects (T24). They must have hands-on experience and in-depth product knowledge in one or more of the following modules: Treasury Modules, Securities, Corporate Actions, and Derivatives.

Desired Skillset:-Should have a minimum of

6 years

of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, preferably in a banking environment.Experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects with a specialization in the Treasury and Private Banking domain is highly preferred.The candidate should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules such as T reasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps), Securities, Derivatives, and Corporate Actions.Experience in Trading and Order Management Systems, trade settlements, and SWIFT will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibility:-Analyze Client Requirements : Assess client business requirements and map them to Temenos/T24 product capabilities.Specification Writing : Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for local development, ensuring the development team understands these specifications clearly.Gap Analysis and Resolution : Identify and validate gaps, propose realistic solutions or workarounds, and ensure they are within the project's agreed scope.Customization Definition : Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products based on agreed business definitions.Configuration : Prepare and configure TEMENOS products by defining static and semi-static data for the core banking system installation.Functional Testing : Prepare and perform functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Process Improvement : Review client organizations, processes, and workflows to propose improvements and recommend best banking practices.Product Demonstrations : Conduct workshops and demonstrate product capabilities to meet specific project needs.Stakeholder Management : Manage communications with all stakeholders, serving as the single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.Training and Mentoring : Provide end-user training and mentoring.Collaboration : Work both independently and collaboratively.
