Job Title: Location Head (Flows)
Location: Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai
Opportunity: Leverage your extensive industry expertise to lead a high-performing team, develop strategic collection plans, and drive business expansion in emerging markets.
Experience Range: 8 - 15 years of experience in any financial industry and current experience in handling a large portfolio. Experience in the credit card portfolio is mandatory.
What you will do:
- Manage portfolio (multiple bucket wise/cycle based) performance through a team of Line Managers.
- Ensure appropriate infra and resource availability to carry out collections as per operating plan.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with respective stakeholders (both in house as well as outsource agencies) for all metrics to track the health and behavior of the portfolio.
- Identify upcoming markets in accordance with the business expansion plan and evaluate expanding operations basis volume. Raise timely red flags on pincodes/locations especially on newly sourced locations.
- Provides guidance and support to the team members as per business standards to ensure continuous improvement.
- Expertise in managing high impact locations.
- Manage settlement loss target basis operating plan for the zone.
- Communicate targets across team's/vendors and co-ordinate with the internal & external stakeholders through structured review mechanism.
You may be a good fit if:
- You have relevant experiences of managing an Unsecured Portfolio at Zonal role in the past.
- You have a strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey with sound knowledge about legal & litigation processes.
- You have strong vendor management experiences - both collection & Legal.
- You have effective team management experiences.
- You have good credit card knowledge as well as a strong understanding of collection processes.
- You are well versed with domestic geographical pockets and improve the scope of collection.
- You have expertise in SKIP tracing management.
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post graduate with service industry experience.
