Role Overview: We are looking for a UX Designer who deeply understands user-centered design and can translate complex product goals into intuitive, elegant, and high-converting web experiences. You’ll design web-based SaaS products used by global users (primarily the U.S.), and help shape how people interact with our domain management tools, checkout flows, and AI-driven website builder. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end UX process — from user research and wireframes to final prototypes and developer handoff. Conduct user research and usability testing focused on U.S. consumer behavior and expectations. Design intuitive user flows for web-based SaaS products, checkout systems, dashboards, and content builders. Create responsive layouts optimized for web and (future) mobile platforms. Develop interactive prototypes in Figma and communicate your rationale through design documentation. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure implementation fidelity. Maintain consistent use of design systems, typography, and accessibility best practices. Stay updated on UX trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and conversion optimization techniques. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of UX/UI experience designing consumer-facing web apps or SaaS platforms for the U.S. market. Strong portfolio showing UX case studies (not just UI visuals) — wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and live product links. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and usability testing tools (e.G., Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting). Understanding of UX principles — information hierarchy, visual rhythm, spacing, consistency, and color theory. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Strong sense of visual balance, typography, and modern design aesthetics. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers. Optional but preferred: exposure to AI tools, domain management platforms, or web builders.
