Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for U. S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals. Oversee booth design, event branding, and onsite execution, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience. Manage relationships with vendors, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery. Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution. Measure event success, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for future improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for all U. S. event-related activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably within the B2 B or Saa S sector. Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U. S. as required. Experience with event marketing tools such as Hub Spot is a plus. Apply on:
