About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of projects from architecture and development to deployment and performance. You’ll be leading a small team of developers, ensuring code quality, mentoring members, and driving technical decisions that shape the product. If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys a mix of hands-on coding and leadership, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Lead development of scalable full-stack applications using React , Node.js , Express , and PostgreSQL . Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA — to deliver seamless user experiences. Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance. Oversee code reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong backend and frontend expertise. Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript , React , Node.js , Express , and PostgreSQL . Proven team-handling or mentoring experience, ability to guide junior developers and lead sprints. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines . Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership. Good To Have Experience with microservices architecture or serverless frameworks . Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes , or Redis .
