Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specializing in custom tasks, workflows, and LDAP integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions tailored to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain custom workflows , tasks , and rules to enhance functionality.
  • Integrate and manage LDAP directories for authentication, provisioning, and role management.
  • Develop and implement connectors for custom application integrations .
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure platform stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ and associated integrations.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by generating and managing access certification campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of IAM solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
  • Expertise in designing custom tasks, workflows, and rules within SailPoint.
  • Strong experience in integrating LDAP directories (e.g., Active Directory, OpenLDAP).
  • Proficient in Java, XML, and BeanShell scripting for customization and development.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external systems.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, including provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
