We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva and Photoshop Designer to join our team. This is a remote position with working hours aligned with US timings.Key Responsibilities:- Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print mediums using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.- Work on branding materials, social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.- Make revisions and updates to designs as required by stakeholders.- Ensure all design deliverables are of the highest quality, with attention to detail and deadlines.- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance the quality and creativity of work.Requirements:- Proven experience using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required).- Strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines.- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.- A good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.- Experience with other design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) will be a plus.- Must have a keen eye for detail and consistency in design.- Willingness to work ES timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).What We Offer:- Competitive salary with the potential for growth.- Quarterly performance appraisals and incentives based on performance.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative team.- Flexible work environment (remote work possible).- Exposure to international clients and projects.How to Apply:Please share your CV and portfolio showcasing your Canva and Photoshop designs to will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.We look forward to seeing your creative work
