We're looking for a full-time Senior Facebook Advertising Specialist because we believe that entrepreneurs deserve better marketing.

If you are right for this role, you exhibit a deep interest & passion for advertising platforms, the ability to work in a start-up company, thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Your responsibilities
Lead paid advertising efforts on Facebook/Instagram, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement tests for copy and landing pages, and publishing a weekly KPI report.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Facebook's advertising platform to test targeting, creative, and landing pages, and improve overall campaign performance.
Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports that synthesize data across multiple platforms.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising
Your skills
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
Previous online experience in Facebook Advertising is required.
Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Excel skills required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a creative mindset.
Copywriting or design skills are a plus.
