Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to high-level programming, performance testing, and systems integration. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field/experience5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack developer or engineerFamiliarity with serverless architectures and microservicesPrevious experience in a Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical environment (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions across the entire technology stack.Develop scalable and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support front-end functionality.Implement database structures and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the development team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines.Implement and maintain automated testing procedures to ensure software quality.Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processes.
