Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring efficient testing processes.

- Develop and implement manual and automated test plans using Python.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Identify, document, and track defects in our telecom products and services.

- Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure thorough coverage of software functionalities.

- Analyze test results, report findings, and present data to stakeholders.

- Mentor and train junior QA team members on best practices and testing methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation frameworks.

- Solid understanding of telecom systems and technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.

- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
