Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2 C Sales team. This is an individual contributor role focused on engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending appropriate Simplilearn programs to help them succeed.Key Responsibilities● Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls● Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.● Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.● Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.Desired Candidate Profile● Preferred to work with the ROW region.● 1–5 years of experience in B2 C inside sales, preferably in Ed Tech or service-based industries.● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.● Familiarity with CRM tool - Salesforce is an added advantage.● Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (as required for B2 C audiences).What We Offer● Competitive fixed pay plus interesting performance incentives.● Rapid career growth in a global Ed Tech leader.● Learning & development support with access to all Simplilearn programs.● Dynamic, high-energy work culture with strong peer support.
