To know more about us, visit Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead who can drive product development, lead a team of engineers, and architects for scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and engineering best practices. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-impact products. Key Responsibilities ● Lead end-to-end technical development and deliver high-quality product features. ● Architect, design, and develop scalable backend applications using Java. ● Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical direction. ● Work closely with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions. ● Ensure high standards of coding, performance, scalability, and security. ● Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term technical improvements. ● Oversee sprint planning, effort estimation, and timely feature delivery. ● Collaborate cross-functional with QA, DevOps, and UI teams. ● Should have hands-on experience in building applications using Spring Boot Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. ● 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. ● Strong proficiency in core Java, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms. ● Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ). ● In-depth experience building applications using Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs. ● Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and strong understanding of data modelling. ● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. ● Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS. ● Understanding security best practices, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization. ● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. ● Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities. ● Prior experience managing or mentoring a technical team. Good to Have ● Exposure DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. ● Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for better collaboration with UI teams.
