We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Software Engineer | Hybrid – India At Nextiva , we’re building the future of unified customer experience management — helping businesses connect with their customers like never before. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help power the scalable systems behind our global UCaaS and CX platforms. What you’ll do: Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Optimize performance and scalability for systems used by thousands of businesses Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions What we’re looking for: 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer Deep expertise in Java (8+) and the Spring Framework Strong proficiency in SQL , MySQL/PostgreSQL , and caching with Redis Solid understanding of system design and distributed architectures Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus Passion for problem-solving, performance, and clean design Why Nextiva: Join a company redefining how businesses communicate.
