Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the company’s social media presence. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.G., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,YouTube). Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community and enhance customer relationships. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports on social media activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication. Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility. Paid Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Monitor budget and spend to ensure cost-effective advertising strategies. Minimum qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective demographics, and how to use each to effectively communicate to different audiences.Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.G., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.Experience with paid social media advertising, including setting up, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns.
