Lead Brand Designer
We are building an altcoin-focused cryptocurrency derivatives exchange landscape. We’re now on the hunt for a visionary Lead Brand Designer to champion our brand identity and user experience from end-to-end.
Location: Remote
About the Role:
As the vanguard of our design strategy, you will have the unique opportunity to forge the visual and experiential soul of our options analysis and auto-trading platform. This role is perfect for a designer who is eager to take full ownership of the brand’s aesthetic and user interface, offering a hands-on approach to every facet of design, from initial research and ideation to prototyping and final execution. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a holistic brand and design strategy, incorporating UI/UX design, branding, and visual identity.
Undertake comprehensive user research to derive actionable insights that drive informed design decisions.
Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design responsive, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile, maintaining coherence and usability across various devices and screen sizes.
Establish and evolve a distinctive design language that encapsulates the platform’s ethos and market position, including logos, color schemes, typography, and additional branding elements.
Collaborate intimately with leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are translated into designs that enrich user interaction.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and technology, integrating innovative practices to continually enhance the platform's aesthetic and functional appeal.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with the Crypto Space is a big plus.
Proven self-started with a strong knack of execution.
Familiarity with Options and Derivatives.
Proven track record with a strong portfolio in UI/UX design, brand identity, and prototyping.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar leadership role.
Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills with the proficiency to present design visions effectively.
Capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A robust passion for design, technology, and finance, aiming to deliver impactful innovations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Motion Design
Experience in React and front-end libraries such as MUI, Tailwind, Radix, etc.
Some coding proficiency, particularly in website frontends.
