Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Community Program Manager to lead, nurture, and expand our vibrant learning community. This role involves managing end-to-end program execution while fostering strong engagement across participants, trainers, alumni, and partners. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management expertise and community-building finesse to ensure high-impact experiences within our leadership ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of community-led leadership programs Build and strengthen relationships with participants, alumni, trainers, and strategic partners Drive community engagement through events, workshops, sessions, and interactive initiatives Track program milestones, manage timelines, and ensure exceptional participant experience Oversee budgets, resources, and operational requirements for seamless execution Facilitate sessions and support trainers to enhance learning outcomes Continuously innovate community engagement strategies and optimize program delivery Address challenges with proactive, solution-oriented thinking Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, community management, or related roles Strong project planning and execution capabilities with attention to detail Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively Experience organizing events, workshops, or learning sessions is a strong plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields Familiarity with leadership development, learning communities, or training ecosystems is advantageous If you'd like, I can also create a shorter LinkedIn caption version or add hashtags for posting.
