Job Purpose

Responsible for Understanding governance structure and business operations of organization and aligning the relevant information and communication of the organization on sustainability program (ReEarth) based on the strategy with various internal and external stakeholders through internal communication and external disclosures (Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework, National Voluntary Guidelines (NVG) & Annual Business Responsibility Report, CDP)

Key Result Areas 

Supporting Actions

Reporting Management

Sustainability Disclosures and reporting (Annual Sustainability Report, Business Responsible Report, Integrated reporting) Relevant quality information, content development and data collation from various cross functional teams across the business

Sustainability Program management and strategy

Relevant information on monthly, quarterly and annual basis, course correction for review from respective mission lead, strategy development and implementation. 

New Disclosures and benchmarking (DJSI, CDP)

Review questionnaire, carry gap assessment with respect requirement in the category submission of information. Develop gap assessment report for improvement and bench marking. Sensitizing the internal teams followed by data and information collation from all the relevant cross functional teams for quality information and improvement.

Sustainability Communication 

Development of systematic structure and plan for internal and external communication on sustainability initiatives, achievement and relevant case studies and newsletter. Internal awareness/ sensitization to make sustainability way of life and whereas active external communication through social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook)
