About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS - Reconciliation Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data by performing daily reconciliations across various platforms and channels. You will play a critical role in identifying and resolving discrepancies, and improving our overall financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of sales, orders, payments, and inventory data across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and external platforms.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, customer service) to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reconciliation activities.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or finance.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their associated financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
