Requirement:

  • Must have experience in Electronics Manufacturing Processes
  • Must have exposure, hands on experience and skills in SMT, Leaded components
  • experienced in MSL Levels and components, Electronics Hardware Testing, field failure testing & analysis
  • Understand design schematic & derive technical solution, PCB manufacturing & schematic

Knowledge of IPC 610 Standard Awareness & Certified for latest standard

  • Proficient in component engineering and ability to collaborate with hardware design (electronic) team for failure analysis
  • Knowledge of RCA process, break fix design, manufacturing, testing issues
  • Knowledge of Industry Specific Type Test requirements of PCBA used in Electric Panel Assembly of UPS, Inverters, Solar Inverters, STS, AHF etc.
  • Report daily Defect Notices to Supplier and closure of open DNRs
  • Responsible for Review and assessment of Supplier PFC, FMEA & CP as per the defined frequency
  • Accountable for identifying, executing Improvement projects at Supplier end as per target
  • Accountable for Supplier Audits as per Audit Plan for ISO 9001, EMS14001, OHSAS 45001
  • Responsible for CTQ & Process Documentation Updates for Raw Material Quality Improvements and sustainability
  • Imparting training to Supplier for CTQ Issues, Field Failures & related to Commodity Workmanship Standards
  • Responsible for engagement in NPI Launches to review and improve commodity part CTQs and Improvements for Supplier Quality
  • Accountable for timely clearance of inward inspection of the mechanical commodity.
  • Accountable for sustenance and improvement of mechanical commodity Supplier Rating & Part Quality
  • Accountable for Supplier PPM Calculations & Improvements


Skills:

  • Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015, Preferred for EMS14001, OHSAH 45001
  • Certified for latest IPC 610 Standard for Electronics card assemblies
  • Certified Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt will be preferred
  • Competent in Statistical Methods, DMAIC,7QC Tools, Minitab (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
