enabling our clients with our one-stop services & solutions globally.Our deep industry knowledge, combined with a rock-solid global team, allows us to deliver services that not only meet today’s demands but also anticipate the opportunities of tomorrow.At VAP Group, the future isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we create.About the Role:Role: RecruiterRole Type: Individual ContributorLocation: VadodaraWhat you will deliver:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Manufacturing or Engineering roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Maintain a talent pipeline and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to improve recruitment strategies.Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve hiring processes.Must Haves for the Role:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Manufacturing or Engineering sectors.Demonstrated experience in successfully closing permanent or full-time employee (FTE) roles.Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Familiarity with hiring practices and labor laws in the US.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously.Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS systems.
