FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION & FUND ADMINISTRATION ROLE

A reputed client is seeking an FS Prep Associate with an MBA/CA qualification and 3-4 years of experience. The role involves drafting footnotes, reviewing financial statements for various funds, and working with derivative instruments.

As Associate Accountant, you will be responsible for such duties and responsibilities that are normally

associated with your position, which include, but are not limited to the activities enumerated below:

Financial Statement Preparation:

• The Associate will prepare financial statements of hedge funds, PE funds, and fund of funds under

US GAAP and IFRS. The Associate will be a member of an existing FS prep team in Mumbai and

will closely work with the onshore team in the US To prepare below Core

Statements/footnotes and supporting work papers;

o Preparing financials from Trial Balance.

o Preparing Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI)

o Preparing Statement of Operations

o Preparing Statement of Cash Flows

o Calculate Financial Highlights
