Job Description :


Primary Technical Skills :


- Java 11, Quarkus, Hibernate ORM, REST, Postgres or any RDBMS, Microservices, Cloud-native development


- Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka / Rabbit MQ, OAUTH2, CI / CD stack Jenkins or Gitlab


- CI, Maven, GIT, SonarQube, Nexus, ARGO, Swagger, OAS Secondary


Technical Skills : React JS, Redis, No-SQL (any Document DB), Hashicorp, Kogito or Drools, Reactive programming.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks :


- Lead one or more POD teams as technical architect.


- Participate in Feature analysis, technical design, development of common components / framework, automation.


- Ensure code quality by reviewing critical components, setting up coding standards, CI/CD pipeline.


- Groom Junior developers & developers in team on writing clean code, TDD, resolve technical blockers for team and ensure sprint commitments are met.


- Participate in Feature breakdown and effort estimation


- Focus on ensuring technical debt in the product is reduced and high product quality is maintained across sprints


- Work with external teams like Environments, Infra, Security, Testing & Release Engineering team in resolving technical dependencies, packaging & release


- System Design and Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and adherence to best practices.


- Technology Stack Selection : Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks based on project requirements, industry trends, and long-term strategic goals.


- Guidance and Mentoring : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and promoting knowledge sharing.


- Risk Mitigation : Identify potential technical risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee their implementation to ensure successful project delivery.


- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions, fostering alignment between business and technology strategies.
