We are looking for Voice Blended & Chat Process - Inbound (International) who has prior experience in international UK/US/AUS voice process.

Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills

Job Location: Gurgaon

CTC - Upto 20K Inhand - 45K Inhand + 10k Benefits (Depending on Experience & Skillset)

Work Experience- 0-5 Years

Job Description:

  • Customer service through calls.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
  • Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver resolution in the first conversation.
  • Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort.
  • Maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.
  • Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies.
  • Execute issue / query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Identify, share and support operational improvements.
