Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing

Location: Bangalore, India (Full Time)


Role Overview:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies: Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to develop and execute innovative strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engines, and display advertising. Incorporate growth hacking tactics to identify and capitalize on opportunities for rapid expansion and revenue generation.
  • Lead and manage the performance of the digital marketing team: Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Implement performance management strategies to optimize team performance and drive results.
  • Drive revenue generation through targeted campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth and maximizing ROI. Utilize advanced campaign strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers.
  • Optimize campaign performance across all channels: Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement. Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other advanced tactics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead email marketing and lead generation initiatives: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Utilize advanced lead generation strategies, including marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM integration, to identify and capture high-quality leads.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms. Utilize advanced targeting, content optimization, and social listening techniques to amplify brand presence and drive business results.
  • Optimize website performance through SEO and PPC: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. Stay updated on the latest algorithms and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive social media optimization (SMO) efforts: Develop and implement SMO strategies to optimize brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates on social media platforms. Utilize advanced tactics such as influencer partnerships, community engagement, and content optimization to maximize results.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ Minimum years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Extensive experience in performance management, growth hacking, and campaign strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, lead generation, social media strategy, SEO, PPC, and SMO.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
