In this role, you will constantly monitor workflow and work in close communication with drivers, ports, shippers and consignees.
As a Logistics Dispatch Specialist, you will
- Coordinate shipments and manage drivers.
- Work with customers and ports regarding appointments and deliveries.
- Working with TMS (transport management system).
- Email and phone consultations with company clients.
- Work with load boards (DAT, loadmatch.com etc.)
- Shipment tracking and updates for the customers.
- Scheduling shipment deliveries.
- Assisting company drivers during the delivery.
About You
· Durability and multitasking.
· Experience in Logistics is an advantage.
· Fluent English (No lower C1 level).
· Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
· Know how to work collaboratively with team members.
· Results-oriented mindset, mature approach and responsibility.
