Job DescriptionThis request is for a programmer/analyst for the DCF Family and Economic Support TechnicalServices (FESTS) Section child support systems and will provide expert level programming andanalysis for KIDS Mainframe and distributed applications on projects with federal, state,administrative mandate. The program is a large/complex (1000+ program, 400+ table)MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS system with additional .net distributed applications. Successfulcandidates must have proven development experience in MVS/SAS/COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCLlanguages and also some Microsoft .Net Web development experience. Candidates will haveexperience with structured analysis and design, as well as an understanding of full SystemsDevelopment Life Cycle. Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of ateam to develop and maintain child support applications.Project duties will also include scheduling, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, adhoc reporting (SAS), development of user documentation, training materials and help screens.First consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience with child supportenforcement systems or large case management, financial or state automated systems (i.e., UI,TANF, TAX).
