ServiceNow ATF Tester

Job Summary and Responsibilities

ServiceNow tester will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using ATF to validate ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

This role will also be responsible for accelerating testing cycles, identifying defects, and contributing to the overall quality assurance of ServiceNow solutions.

5-8 years of experience working in a QA role.

Must have strong experience in ServiceNow testing

Must Have experience of workflows and testing various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem,

Request, IT Asset Management, CMDB)

Must have hands on ATF automation testing experience

Good Knowledge on any automation tools with Selenium Java/C#/Python

Proficient in continuous integration DevOps -CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Maven.

Knowledge of testing methods and processes, experience in functional and data testing

High awareness of software quality, strong analytical and conceptual skills, Communicating clearly and

effectively

Hands on experience in Functional testing System/Integration & UAT

Proficiency in the use of tool set, specifically HP ALM, JIRA, AzureDevOps etc.
