Validation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and process-oriented Validation Manager to join our dynamic team. Serving as the vital link between our value-driven customers and subject matter experts (SMEs), team leads you will validate content, deliver actionable feedback, and develop strategies to expand our product solutions, all while harnessing community insights to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure educational chapters meet rigorous quality and educational standards through thorough validation.Critically evaluate content, providing decisive, constructive feedback to SMEs, and advocating for revisions or reworks when necessary.Actively participate in testing and refining content delivery methods to maximize impact and effectiveness.Serve as the crucial link between value-driven customers and Subject Matter Experts, Team Leads of each subject ensuring that customer insights and feedback are accurately captured and communicated.Facilitate clear and effective communication between external customers and internal teams, particularly in content development and revisions.Integrate customer feedback into the content development process, enhancing the overall user experience.Develop and execute strategies to increase consumer engagement with our products.Conduct testing and validation of products in the market, using feedback to drive ongoing improvements.Expand the user base by leveraging growth hacking techniques and fostering community engagement.
Process Optimization:Design and optimize processes for efficient content validation, feedback, and delivery.Drive continuous improvement in content workflows, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.Sustain the long-term value of our products by focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Your Qualities :
Passion for working with educatorsKnowledge of Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel and ability to learn quickly for a task, Attention to detail and ability to gamify the testing.Attention to detail and ability to multitask
What We Need :
4 to 5 years of experience working in Experience working in a
startup environment, with a proven ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.Strong process orientation
with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, strong, and constructive feedback to Subject Matter Experts and Team Leads of each subjects and other internal stakeholdersExperience in community management, growth hacking, or B2C consumer solutions.A track record of successful engagement in B2C market testing and expansion.Any Post Graduate / Masters in Business ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
