Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. IST's 'clients' include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research, Prime Brokerage and Global Capital Markets.

PWM Asia Tech
Private Wealth Management Asia Technology (PWM Asia Tech) is responsible for providing front to back technology services to businesses that manage the Firm's high-net-worth clients in Asia and Australia, managing the technology platform that covers customer on-boarding, order management, on-going client service and reporting.

Software Engineering
This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
T24 is core banking platform in PWM Asia and is used to book banking products such as Term Deposit, Term Loan, Overnight Call Deposit and Overnight Margin Loans. It has extensive customizations to cater to firm specific requirements.

The person needs to be a strong team player. He/she will:

• The role will Involve development, enhancement, and support of the T24 application in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Write detailed user stories.
• Develop T24 application, enquires and templates.
• Develop Unit test plan, test cases.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies.
• Provide support to end users.
• Ensure that all work is in compliance with firm technology risk and development standards, processes and policies Skills and Experience Required.

What you'll bring to the role:

• T24 Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in T24 core banking development
• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of T24 architecture, COB operations, and experience in developing and customizing T24 modules such as AA, MM, FT, and others.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Problem solving, risk assessment and lateral thinking ability
• Experience with banking products and their processes, especially loans and deposits.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with working in a global environment.
• Familiar with Jira and Jive
• Good in analysis of JBASE code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Desired Skill

• Familiar with web development, Java, DB2 or other DBMS and Linux.
• Knowledge in DevOps, scripting knowledge Python, UAT testing
• good to have knowledge on entire Upgrade Process
