Roles and ResponsibilityWe are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer Lead who possesses a proactive mindset, a strong passion for incorporating state-of-the-art technology into our latest products, and a track record of successful implementation. As a Lead, your primary role will involve various responsibilities, including algorithm implementation, building resilient infrastructure, exploring emerging concepts and technologies, and spearheading the development efforts to reach a global audience of millions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a team of software developers throughout the entire mobile application development process.Effectively manage day-to-day activities of the development team, aligning them with the company's overall development strategyCreate and develop advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform.Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.Participate in software development project planning, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.Participate in the planning process for software development projects and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.Design the architecture for new products/features, also effectively implement quality assurance processes.Ensure delivering the required software quality and reliability of the entire team's output.Work on revamping existing software by adding new features or fixing errors in order improve performance.Coach, guide, and mentor mobile developers to grow into their work.Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Mobile DevelopmentProficiency in Native Android development, Swift, and Java or C#.Good Knowledge of test automationBachelor’s degree in computer science or software EngineeringShowcase a proven track record of working on multiple mobile applications, preferably with a focus on scalability.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou’re excited to work in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding startup environment RemunerationBest in the Industry standard, no bar for the right candidate.Commissions that retroactively increase as quota thresholds are met.Competitive base salary based on experience and sales track record.Perks
