Senior Software Engineer – Mobile First

GoGroup is looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Noida/Kathmandu with immediate effect. As a Software Engineer specializing in frontend and hybrid mobile development at GoGroup, you play a pivotal role in shaping how users experience and interact with our software. The GoGroup engineering team is dedicated to solving complex problems across a range of domains, including real-time data processing, distributed computing, and cutting-edge user interface/experience design. Currently, we are building teams for new product startups set to launch in the next 2-3 months, offering a rare opportunity to build impactful products from the ground up. Translate responsive designs and wireframes into high-quality mobile-optimized code. Build and maintain modular, reusable, and performant components using React and React Native. Collaborate with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless UX across devices. Participate in technical discussions and shape how mobile UX is delivered. Responsibly leverage AI tools to improve code quality, speed, and usability. You're a fit, if you have: Strong JavaScript fundamentals and hands-on experience with ES6+. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, layout techniques, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. 3+ years of experience with React.js and 1+ years of experience with React Native Comfort with AI-augmented tools like Copilot, Cursor etc. in day-to-day development. Familiarity with frontend tooling like Webpack, Babel, npm, etc. Experience with browser APIs and frontend performance optimization. Experience in deploying apps on Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore. Familiarity with Expo Development Kit (Bonus) Experience working on PWA or hybrid apps.
