We are seeking a talented QA Automation/Manual Engineer (Python + Selenium) to join our client's innovative team based at their new Global Service Centre.Now Hiring: Senior QA Engineer (5–7+ Years Experience)Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid)Openings: 2Are you an experienced QA professional who thrives on building automation frameworks, driving test strategy, and ensuring flawless releases across large-scale, mission-critical systems?Our client—an established global leader in hospitality technology, distribution, travel fintech, and direct booking solutions—is expanding their engineering function and looking for Senior QA Engineers to elevate product quality and reliability across their global platforms.Role OverviewAs a Senior QA Engineer , you will:Lead end-to-end QA strategy across multiple product linesDesign and enhance automation frameworks (UI + API)Perform manual + automation testing across complex workflowsOwn load, stress & performance testing for high-scale systemsConduct API testing & database validation for enterprise featuresDrive quality governance , defect prevention & release readinessWork closely with engineering, product & DevOps teamsMentor junior QA engineers and uplift QA standards globallyKey Skills & RequirementsProven experience as a QA Automation/Manual EngineerStrong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, RestSharp (or similar)Experience scripting in C# (preferred, but not essential)Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOpsStrong understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman, SwaggerStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailKnowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunnerExperience with SQL for backend and database validationAbility to build automation frameworks from scratch (highly desirable)Experience Required5–7+ years of full-cycle QA experience in enterprise or SaaS environmentsHands-on expertise across automation, manual, API, and performance testingExperience in CI/CD-driven test pipelines and modern QA engineering practicesWhy Join?Work on globally deployed, mission-critical systemsHigh ownership across test strategy, automation, and release qualityCollaborate with world-class engineering teamsBe part of a tech organisation transforming the global travel ecosystemClear growth paths and strong technical visibilityInterested?
