Location: 100% Remote

Work Hours : 3.30 PM - 12.30 AM IST


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Java Developer with experience in implementing STEP functions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications that integrate seamlessly with STEP-based workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications with a focus on integration with STEP functions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and enterprise-level best practices.

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience.

• Profound knowledge of Java and Java EE platforms.

• Experience with STEP functions and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).

• Experience in the Spring Framework.

• Proficiency in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).

• Commitment to test-driven development.
