Experience – 5 + YearsSalary Range – Upto 60k/month ( 7.20 LPA)
Working days and time: Mon. to Fri. Time: 10 am to 6:30 pm

Job responsibilities:As a Client Servicing Manager, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and attentionto detail are crucial to building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, athorough understanding of the industry, event planning, and budget management are essential forsuccess in this role.
MICE events Experience will be an added advantage.
Key job responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients,understanding their objectives and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals and presentations,showcasing suitable venues, services, and event options. Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and organize events according toclients' specifications. Budget Management: Ensure that event proposals align with the client's budget, and manageany financial considerations throughout the event planning process. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on eventprogress and addressing any questions or concerns. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction levelsand gather insights for future improvements. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and clientpreferences to enhance service quality and identify new business opportunities.
